The HIP HOP CINE FEST is back, the International Hip Hop Cinema Festival, now in its 5th edition!
On April 28th, the three weeks of free streaming screenings of the festival’s competition entries will begin. It will be a journey through screenings, debates, and workshops culminating on May 9th and 10th at Casa della Cultura di Torpignattara (Via Casilina 665 – Rome) with two days of live FREE events.

April 24th, 9:00 PM – Party with DJ Hernia + Screening of the film BBOY 4 LIFE (Guatemala) by Coury Deeb with a remote debate with the director and the protagonist at SCOMODO (Via Carlo Emanuele I 26).
April 30th, 9:00 PM – Party with DJ Hernia + Screening of the film LOS SUEÑOS DE LOS SANTOS NEGROS (Venezuela) by Philippe Lafaix with the presence of the director and the protagonist at PIANETA SONORO (Via Casilina 196/a).
May 2nd, 8:30 PM – Party with DJ TrickBabe + Presentation of the book CHICKENHEADS QUANDO TORNANO LE STRONZE by Joan Morgan + Screening of the film F*CK FAME by Saray Argumedo + Live painting by Wea + Wild up crew on the floor at UPYARD (Via della Bella Villa 105).
May 7th, 9:00 PM – Party + Screening of the film BRASSE VANNIE KAAP (South Africa) by Lauren Scholtz at PIANETA SONORO (Via Casilina 196/a).
May 8th, 9:00 PM – Double screening of the films CUANDO TE TRAZAS UNA META by Oscar Bambu Castillo and VENEZUELA SUBTERRANEA by Juan Carlos Echeandía at FORTE PRENESTINO (Via Federico Delpino 187).
May 9-10 – FINAL EVENT with debates and workshops at CASA DELLA CULTURA di Torpignattara (with a party to follow).
