ASYAB emerges from the collaboration between Luca Polito and Tommaso Bernacchi, both key figures in the Roman post-rock scene. Their goal is to transcend genre boundaries, redefining instrumental rock with influences ranging from drum’n’bass to synthwave, clubbing vibes, and downtempo. Their debut album, “There is a place where we have never met,” released in 2022, showcases their perfect balance between ethereal melodies and powerful walls of sound. Their latest singles, “Do We Wanna Be a Riot?” and “We Will Be Stuck Here Anyway,” set the stage for a series of four manifesto tracks to be released between 2024 and 2025, encapsulating the essence of their emotional and boundary-pushing sound.
Dinosauro narrates the complexity of existence through words and music, exploring contrasts and poetic suggestions. Balancing the quest for beauty with everyday chaos, Dinosauro’s themes range from rebellious poets to corporate cafeterias, from punk to heroic gestures, from dreams to mortgages, from Battiato to harsh reality. Established in 2020, Dinosauro released a series of five singles between 2020 and 2021, experimenting with diverse productions united by deep lyrics and intense vocals. In 2023, their first EP (“Male, Tutti, Paura, Forse”), produced with Jacopo Castagna, was released. The debut LP, scheduled for 2025, will further expand their sonic universe with eight unreleased tracks.
Nabìr is the artistic alter ego of Lorenzo Berretti, blending electronic experimentation and live coding with analog instruments to create surreal and melancholic atmospheres. Using programs like Tidal Cycles and SuperCollider, Nabìr mixes code with loops from old analog cassettes, bridging the gap between past and future, digital and material. His live performances are immersive experiences, a warm embrace of sounds and visuals where IDM, ambient, drone, and electronic experimentation intertwine in an evocative and visionary flow.
