Welcome to the celebration of the centenary of St. Josemaría Escrivá’s priestly ordination! The upcoming events in Zaragoza on March 27 and 28 will focus on the priesthood and prayer for priestly vocations.
Organized by Juan Herráiz from the Alacet Priestly Library, the events aim to honor St. Josemaría’s dedication to his priestly vocation and pray for the calling of many young men to the priesthood.
Speakers at the event include Cardinal Lazzaro You Heung-sik, Archbishop Carlos Escribano, Prelate Fernando Ocáriz, and historian José Luis González Gullón. Three priests will also share their diverse experiences in different locations.
Join Us in Prayer
On Thursday the 27th, a prayer vigil for priestly vocations will be held at the church of the Royal Seminary of San Carlos Borromeo. The following day, a Mass for priestly holiness will take place, with the collaboration of the CARF Foundation.
Through commemorative prayer cards, we will pray for an abundance of vocations and for all priests to live their ministry with holiness and authenticity.
Don’t miss the event organized by the parish of Perdiguera on Sunday the 30th, commemorating St. Josemaría’s early steps in his ministry.
