Despite turbulent times, they have hit the ground running,” stated Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission, during the press conference marking the 100 days in office.
“Nothing is off the table when it comes to defense,” the President of the European Commission further emphasized, responding to the possibility of the Commission exploring the option of grants instead of loans. “However, our priority now is to solidify the proposals of the ReArm plan. We can consider ideas from Member States at a later stage.”
