Our preview experience with Chef Andrea Antonini from Imàgo at the Hassler in Rome (1 Michelin star) left us in awe of both the innovative format and exceptional quality. This is not your typical dinner—it’s a sensory exploration featuring signature mini dishes and expertly crafted drinks. If bar food were to receive Michelin stars, this would certainly be it.
The Concept
Named MidNite Chef, this innovative concept unfolds over five exclusive evenings, adding a new layer of enchantment to the magic of Nite Kong: haute cuisine blending seamlessly with the mixology expertise of the Nite Kong team. Internationally acclaimed chefs collaborate with skilled bartenders to create a harmonious culinary journey set in a sensual ambiance, complemented by live music or curated DJ sets.
Upcoming Events
Following the exclusive launch night with Chef Andrea Antonini, the first official event is set for Thursday, March 6, featuring Chef Koji Nakai from Nakai restaurant in Rome, accompanied by DJ Giorgio Gigli. The evening promises a unique blend of Japanese culinary artistry and expert mixology.
Subsequent events in April, May, and June will showcase Chef Fabio Verrelli D’Amico, Francesco Apreda, and Anthony Genovese, each presenting a three-course menu paired with custom cocktails for €90 per person.
