Trump 2.0: Europe Responds to the Challenge of Competitiveness. As the new Trump era dawns and global competition intensifies, the EU is called to step up. On Wednesday, January 29, in conjunction with the release of Ursula von der Leyen’s Strategic Compass, the debate on European competitiveness will take center stage at a new ANSA Europa forum, broadcast live from the studios of the European Parliament.
Kicking off the discussion will be former Prime Minister Enrico Letta, appearing via video link, responsible for the report on the single market for the European Council. Eurodeputies Giorgio Gori (Pd) and Letizia Moratti (Fi) will then engage in a dialogue on ideas and visions for revitalizing the continent.
