Are you ready to join tens of thousands of pro-life Americans at the 52nd annual March for Life in Washington, D.C.? The event is happening soon, and EWTN will be providing live coverage of this important gathering.
This national pro-life event, which takes place on the anniversary of Roe v. Wade, is a powerful demonstration against abortion and a strong advocacy for life. This year’s theme, “Every Life: Why We March,” emphasizes the significance of every individual’s right to life.
Thursday: March for Life prayer vigil
5 p.m. ET: EWTN’s National March for Life coverage begins with a night of prayer at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception. The National Prayer Vigil for Life is a deeply spiritual event held annually on the eve of the March for Life, uniting thousands of pilgrims in prayer for the end of abortion. At 5 p.m. ET, EWTN will broadcast the opening Mass and Holy Hour of the National Prayer Vigil for Life as pro-lifers come together in prayer and preparation for the upcoming march.
Friday: March for Life
8 a.m. ET: The all-night prayer vigil concludes with the closing Mass of the National Prayer Vigil for Life at the shrine, live on EWTN.
9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET: EWTN will provide coverage of the March for Life, featuring prominent speakers such as Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, New Jersey Representative Chris Smith, and Live Action President Lila Rose. Additionally, professional surfer and author of “Soul Surfer” Bethany Hamilton, abortion survivor Josiah Presley, and former abortionist turned pro-life obstetrician Dr. Catherine Wheeler will address the crowd.
