Greetings to the Beloved Church in Nicaragua,
It brings me immense joy to address you, the faithful people of Nicaragua, who have always shown an extraordinary love for God, affectionately calling Him Papachú. As you celebrate the Novena of the Immaculate Conception, I stand with you in spirit, admiring your unwavering faith and devotion.
Amidst challenges, remember the loving Providence of the Lord who guides us with certainty. Even in moments of doubt, trust in His care and mercy, for your steadfast faith and loyalty to the Church illuminate your path.
Let faith and hope perform miracles in your lives, as exemplified by the Immaculate Virgin Mary. Her maternal protection has been a constant source of blessing for you, inspiring the joyful exclamation: What brings such joy? The Conception of Mary!
As you commemorate the Immaculate Conception, leading up to the Jubilee 2025, may it instill in you the strength to face challenges with unwavering trust in God. Surrender to Jesus with the invocation Dios primero, “God first”, and find solace in His embrace.
Know that the Mother of God intercedes for you ceaselessly, and I join in prayer for her guidance and comfort to be upon you always. Through devotion to Mary, let us walk together on the path of the Gospel, finding solace in the mysteries of the Rosary.
I entrust you to the protection of the Immaculate Conception, as you proclaim Mary of Nicaragua, Nicaragua of Mary. May this bond deepen and bring forth abundant blessings.
