The tragedy unfolded on October 1 when a school bus carrying students on a field trip caught fire after a tire burst and the vehicle crashed into a highway barrier. The fire, ignited by a leaking compressed natural gas (CNG) cylinder, revealed the illegal installation of some cylinders on the bus.
