Welcome Marco Stramaccioni: The New HR Director of Atac!
Introducing the latest addition to the Atac team – engineer Marco Stramaccioni! On Tuesday, October 1st, Marco made his first appearance at the Atac offices on via Prenestina. Tomorrow, Wednesday, October 2nd, he will be officially introduced to the employees. Stramaccioni is taking over the role from Antonio Serra, who held the position since December 2022 and resigned in June of this year for personal reasons.
About Marco Stramaccioni
Marco Stramaccioni is a management engineer with a wealth of experience. Despite his young age of just 44, he boasts an impressive resume. His most recent role was at Aeroporti di Roma, where he served as the managing director of ADR Security, a subsidiary company managing airport security services, for the past 5 years.
Prior to his time at Aeroporti di Roma, Stramaccioni has worked for companies such as Autostrade per l’Italia and Atlantia, primarily in the fields of human resources and security. Atac has entrusted him with the role of overseeing personnel management, industrial relations, and safety following a public selection process initiated by the company last summer.
