IDF: Commandant of Hezbollah’s Rocket Unit Killed in Beirut
The Israeli army has announced the killing of Hezbollah’s long-range rocket unit commander, Eid Hassan Nazar, in a raid in Beirut. According to the IDF, he was “a veteran commander of the organization and a knowledgeable center in the field of rockets.” The raid also killed a commander of the precision missile unit, his deputy, and other commanders responsible for launching missiles in central Israel last week.
