
Miss Cinema Roma 2024 took place in Trevignano Romano, marking the tenth stop on the Lazio tour of the Miss Italia 2024 competition. The crown and sash were claimed by 18-year-old Beatrice Scintu from Montagnola, who now advances to the semifinals of the 85th beauty pageant taking place from September 4th to 7th in the Marche region.
Beatrice, a university student with brown hair and green eyes, dreams of becoming an actress. She is an art enthusiast, being the maternal granddaughter of Renato Zero. The second and third places were taken by Sara Tancredi, a 20-year-old from Talenti, and Dafne Catena, a 19-year-old from Primavalle.
The event showcased 17 girls in different fashion segments, modeling garments from the Maiani Fashion Academy and outfits inspired by the Barbie movie. Each contestant presented themselves to the jury with an individual performance, highlighting their personality, character, and talents in the hopes of winning the coveted title. The audience also enjoyed performances by two talented artists from the Officina delle Arti Pier Paolo Pasolini: singer-songwriter Carlo Valente and actress Martina Colaprico.
Organized by Delta Events, the exclusive agency for the Miss Italia competition in the Lazio region for over a decade, the Roma 2024 leg was part of the “Lazio, the beauty of Talent 2024” initiative promoted by the Lazio region. The aim was to showcase the regional landscape beauty and the young talents pursuing artistic fields, in collaboration with prestigious educational institutions such as Maiani Fashion Academy, Officina delle Arti Pier Paolo Pasolini, Scuola d’Arte Cinematografica Gian Maria Volontè, ITS Academy Sistema Moda, ITS Academy Lazio Digital, and ITS Turismo Academy Roma.
