Get ready for the 14th edition of the “Microfono d’Oro” Awards, taking place on Thursday, July 4, 2024 at the Campidoglio (Sala della Protomoteca) at 5 pm. Organized by Fabrizio Pacifici, this event celebrates the world of radio broadcasting by honoring the most popular and listened-to radio shows. A panel of industry experts will select the winners, and special recognitions will also be awarded during the event.

The event will feature prominent figures such as Francesco Pionati, Director of Giornale Radio Rai and Rai Radio 1, Marco Lanzarone, Director of Rai Digital Specialized Radio and Podcasts, Alessandra Ferraro, Director of Isoradio, Paolo Petrecca, Director of Rai News 24, Televideo, and Rainews.it.
The event is promoted by Hon. Fabrizio Santori, Secretary of the Assembly of Capitol Hill, who expressed, “In the year that marks the centenary of the first radio broadcast in Italy, this edition of ‘Microfono d’Oro’ becomes even more significant. The event, known as the ‘Oscars’ of radio, acknowledges the hard work of those behind the scenes who have kept radio vibrant and essential in our daily lives.”
