July is a special month for visitors to the Boboli Gardens in Florence, as the park will be open on the first and last Monday of the month, which are usually closed days. Additionally, there will be another special opening on Monday, June 24, the Feast of St. John, the patron saint of Florence. On this day, the Uffizi Gallery will also be open for visitors, despite its usual Monday closure.
Furthermore, the Uffizi Gallery will have evening openings to admire the Gallery of Statues and Paintings at sunset. Starting from March 26, and every Tuesday until December 17, the museum will stay open until 10 pm (with the last entry at 8:30 pm), instead of the usual closing time of 6:30 pm.
Both the Uffizi Gallery and the Boboli Gardens will also be open on Monday, December 30, during regular hours. So, mark your calendars and make sure not to miss these special opportunities to explore the rich cultural heritage of Florence!
