Just a few kilometers from here, a brutal war of aggression is raging against Ukraine by the Russian Federation. President Sergio Mattarella has condemned this act. Following a meeting in Chisinau with the Moldovan counterpart, Mattarella reiterated Italy’s support for the integrity and independence of Ukraine. The President also pointed out the constant attempts at Russian information influence, especially during electoral periods, spreading disinformation, fake news, and falsehoods aimed at destabilizing our country.
