ViVi il Saluto al Sole: every evening from Tuesday to Sunday engage in free relaxing yoga classes
Villa Doria Pamphilj is a cherished park in Rome known for its expansive landscaped gardens, lush greenery, and charming provincial ambiance. This picturesque park features two distinct areas – the gardens and the historic villa – connected by Arup’s curving bridge. Right at the foot of the bridge, visitors can enjoy delightful aperitifs and meals at the cozy bohemian restaurant, ViVi Bistrot, situated in an 800-year-old barn.
Today, the courtyard in front of ViVi Bistrot serves as the gathering spot for yoga enthusiasts and beginners alike.

The concept of ViVi Bistrot and the free yoga initiative arose from a shared love for food, sustainability, and wellness. Owners Daniela Gazzini and Cristina Cattaneo were inspired to create a space that promotes physical and mental well-being, resulting in the popular yoga sessions now in their tenth year.
Their social commitment led them to establish ViVi as a Benefit Company, emphasizing the importance of positive impact on society and the environment. The free yoga classes run until September 3rd (with a summer break from August 14th to 20th), taking place daily from Tuesday to Sunday at 7 PM.
