Experience Three Days of Roman Charm at Ottobrata Monticiana in Monti Neighborhood
After a long-awaited return following a four-year hiatus, Ottobrata Monticiana is back to revive the Monti neighborhood, the heart of Rome. From October 6th to October 8th, 2023, immerse yourself in three days of events, exhibitions, shows, and concerts that capture the essence of the traditional Roman “Ottobrate.” These festivities are reminiscent of the Sunday trips Romans used to take outside the city in October, enjoying the sunny days of autumn and the grape harvest.
The Ottobrata Monticiana celebrates these traditions within the Monti District, a cultural initiative that started after AS Roma’s Scudetto victory in 1983. Founded by Prof. Adolfo Cecilia, the Associazione culturale ricreativa e sportiva Rione Monti aims to preserve and share the identity of Monti, uniting both current and former residents. Over the years, Ottobrata Monticiana has evolved into a beloved tradition for Monticians, tourists, and visitors seeking the authentic atmosphere of the neighborhood.
