Experience the Delectable Cacio & Pepe Festival at Eataly Rome
The much-anticipated Cacio & Pepe Festival is back at Eataly Roma Ostiense, now in its exciting fifth edition!
Mark your calendars for the first two weekends of March for a culinary journey through the flavors of Roman cuisine. Talented Eataly chefs and special guests, including Felice a Testaccio e Pastificio Secondi, will delight you with various interpretations of Rome’s iconic dish, cacio e pepe. From traditional tonnarello to a modern twist with Roman pecorino cream and a mix of Sichuan peppers, prepare your taste buds for a delightful experience.
The feast continues with mezzemaniche, supplì, fresh pasta, ravioli, gnocchi, fried treats, and more. Don’t miss out on the classic Roman pizza with, of course, cacio e pepe toppings! Leave room for indulgent desserts like tiramisu, cannoli, and a special cheesecake with Jamaican pepper biscuit, sheep’s milk ricotta, and candied pears.
Accompany your delicious bites with a selection of wines from Eataly Ostiense’s cellar, craft beers, and refreshing beverages.
